Purpose: Build network of grassroots support for campaign

Timeframe: Ongoing through December, 2004

Description:

• Enhance the Coalition website http://Internationaledwa.org, by adding a section to highlight best practices in International Education in Washington state and nationally
   
• Increase the subscriptions to our three listservs:
  - news@internationaledwa.org
  - coalition@internationaledwa.org
  - advocacy@internationaledwa.org
   
• Send out regular E-Newsletters, summarizing news and events in International Ed, and Advocacy Emails, with action items
