Participant Registrations

  1. (Participant) Submit the Summit Registration Form.
    Data gets saved on website in Excel format.
    Data gets sent in email to Shirley.
     
  2. (Shirley) Send invoice to participant using this template (copy and paste this into email).

  1. (Michele) Download and save the Excel file with registrations from the website. Email a copy to Shirley.
     
  2. (Shirley) When you receive the faxed or mailed registration form (with the credit card # or check enclosed), complete the registration process. Send a confirmation email to the participant indicating that you processed the registration. You can respond to the original registration email you got with this text:
Dear XXX,

This is to confirm receipt of your payment for XX lunches at the P-20 International Education Summit on October 27.

[pick appropriate paragraph...

Your check for $XX has been deposited.   OR
Your credit card has been charged $XX.]

If you have any questions about the payment, feel free to contact me: Shirley Henderson at A.C.E. (206) 217-9644.
  1. (Shirley) Keep track of payment status for Summit lunch registrations. (We should check in each week or so to see how we're doing.) If necessary, make a follow-up call to remind them to send in the payment.

Resource Fair Registrations

  1. (Participant) Submit the Summit Resource Fair Form.
    Data gets saved on website in Excel format.
    Data gets sent in email to Kim.
     
  2. (Kim) Send invoice to participant using this template (copy and paste this into email).
    cc Shirley so she'll know to expect the payment.
Thank you for registering to be included in the Resource Fair at the second P-20 International Education Summit: Building Global Relationships, organized by the Washington State Coalition for International Education.

The easiest would be for you to reply all to the email message that Kim sent with the original payment information, and add this text:
